Our Mitsubishi Mini Split is experiencing some hiccups. After a few phone calls, we stumbled upon Eastern Mechanical Services.
Shannon is very polite, informative, and professional. She spoke with Brian, who decided to come out and have a look at the unit the same day. What a legend. After the diagnosis, they've gotten the warranty parts ordered, and we are awaiting repairs.
