67 is a beautiful salon the way its decorated but it can't compare the to the great owner Josie G. Also my wonderful niece Leanna who is a fantastic stylist who does my hair there and all the other amazing stylist who are exceptional. You leave there looking and feeling your best. Thank you 67 West and Happy Holidays.

One of my co-workers suggested I try Emily at 67 West. Her hair always looks nice so I agreed as I was looking for a new salon. I made the appointment for both myself and my daughter. On my way to my appointment I got stuck in unforeseen traffic due to an accident and it being foggy and raining. I called the salon and spoke with Gina, the receptionist, and explained my situation and that I would be 10 mins late according to my GPS as a courtesy. I had already left work early, picked up my daughter and was en route to the salon. Gina was extremely rude to me and said due to my being late they had to cancel my appointment as it would throw off Emily’s rest of the day. She didn’t suggest bringing just my daughter in or cancelling my daughter and having just my hair done, just straight cancelled my appointment. My co-worker was very upset and called the salon. Emily was still with the previous client which meant I would have been sitting there waiting. Gina rescheduled the appointment with someone else and didn’t even tell me who I would be seeing. After having time to think, I cancelled that appointment and will NEVER be doing business with them. The owner of the salon really should consider sending Gina to customer service school as the way she handled this situation was not okay - this coming from someone in the customer service field.

Thank you Lacy for a GREAT hair cut!! I love it!!!Josie thank you for having a great team. And for making it easy for me to actually come in, with Covid and everything. You will be seeing me again. And I will see you when you come get your plants in the Spring!! I definitely recommend these women.
