I’m usually not the type to write a review but I had such a great experience at this salon that I had to write one. I’ve been to Connecticut for two years but haven’t found a nail salon I wanted to keep going to. I recently moved to the West Haven area and saw Joanne’s nails while driving on Boston post road. I had no expectations but I have been positively surprised. Everyone there was beyond nice and welcoming it felt like I have been going there for years. Always a pleasure to go to Joanne's. Great Service. But her prices went up. Ughh. In this pandemic we need places not to increase their pricing. We are all struggling with our finances.
