My nails look amazing from this place....for about 3 days.I seriously have conflicted feelings about this nail salon. The nail techs who work here are usually super friendly, especially the 2 managers (they had to cancel my appointment last minute due to a power outage, and during my rescheduled appointment the manager gave me a 50% discount!) They also always offer a free drink, and the free back massage is AMAZING.However....the quality of my dip powder manicures hasn't been great lately. The techs are INSANELY rough with the drill, my nail beds are almost always red leaving. My nails always have cracks and dents on them within 72 hours...and I'm not rough with my hands/nails...read full review

I’ve been coming to black swan consistently for the past 5 months so I can finally say with extreme confidence that this is the best nail salon I’ve ever visited. Not only are they attentive to detail, but the staff that work here are genuinely friendly and kind. I can easily go 3 weeks between dip manicures and they always remain perfect until that time. Would recommend 100% percent.

I highly recommend Black Swan nails! Be sure to make an appointment and it will be the most efficient manicure/pedicure you can get. Any time the girls may be running a few minutes behind, the owner gives a curtesy call to let you know. Their work is high quality and everyone is so kind. Check this place out!Services: Back massages
