Couldn’t have been happier with their service. I called and left a message, they called right back, and came out immediately ona Sunday night. The job was done efficiently and, frankly, I thought it would cost more. Would definitely use them again (but I hope I never have to).
I had a wonderful experience with Sure Lock & Key Locksmith. The technician that serviced me, Alex, was very professional and friendly. He was punctual and cleaned up afterward. We did have a problem and I was able to call him. He came out and discovered the problem. He was unable to repair the problem so he took the key pad home with him to repair it at his home. He was back at my home the first thing in the morning with the key pad in working order. He installed it and he was on his way. I appreciated the service provided by Alex.
Thank you guys so much! Yeter M. was my tech that came out to help me, I was stuck at work with a dead key fob. He was super helpful and friendly!
It took about 30 to have my car up and running again!
