I've been very pleased with this office!! Dr Haim and his staff are so friendly, helpful and kind! Despite wearing contacts for most of my life, I still get a little nervous when getting my eyes examined (Rachel from Friends! ?) - I feel completely comfortable here! They're the best!

Not pleased...after complaining about a watering eye for years, finally a test was attempted without resolution. I was seen by another doctor in the same office who sent me to a person in Glastonbury who was rude and unpleasant, insisting that I had dry eye. After five referrals I still had no resolution to my problem. As a result I acted on the recommendation to see Middlesex Eye Physicians and was able to see an eye doctor in Westbrook. She indicated that I had suffered long enough and referred me to an ophthalmologist in New Britain. As a result I had minor eye surgery and my problem has been solved!!!

Dr. Nipper is an excelllent doctor. She is quiet, gentle and her care is top notch. I was treated for a large cyst on my eye and she was able to prevent me from having invasive surgery. A coworker went to her for surgical removal of eyelid tumors and was highly satisfied with the care and outcome of her surgery.
