Veronica and Elizabeth did a wonderful and thorough follow-up clean up job after a small fire. There was an issue with getting some vents off of the wall that were sealed, but they were able to find a way around it to thoroughly clean inside of them. They were both also very friendly, attentive and kind. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you both!
Jose P and Freddy came to my home to mitigate a partial ceiling collapse in our main bathroom due to the brutal snowstorms. They were very friendly, high communicative and efficient. When they left at the end of the day, our home was spotless - not a single mess anywhere. Deem that highly respectful. I would highly recommend. We reached out to ServPro Old Saybrook after a bad plumbing-related flood in our house and we are pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication. In the morning, investigator Jose' did a thorough inspection and explained what damage he found, plans for remediation, and likely repairs that would be needed. By 3pm the same day, his capable colleagues Rosie and Elizabeth had organized and placed all the remediation equipment. Its a stressful situation, and having experts who know what they are doing is a huge help.
