This is a really well run and professional dental practice! Dr Riley Gonnet is a skilled dentist and I would recommend him for any dental condition. The support staff and hygienists are equally skilled and all my experiences at their office has been very positive! So happy with my results - and this team!

The entire staff are always friendly. I never wait for appointment. I love my hygienist. Dr. Benoit is the greatest, always greets you with a smile and his communication on procedures is very understandable.

Wonderful dental experience! I grind my teeth at night and chipped several front teeth. Dr Raucis provided information on my options, addressed my concerns and provided excellent dental care. I was new to the practice and was very impressed.

Had a family member go here for dental work yes worse experience with communication. And over scheduling problems. Went day of procedure was 10 minutes late due to getting sick on way from tranquilizers they prescribed. Took me back complaining I was 10 min late then told me couldn't do the work cause nit paid for informed them to check front desk they refused told me to I would need to reschedule they couldn't do it to late. So long story short they refused to reschedule or see this person again leaving office with a 711 dollar credit 3 weeks ago. They have called 3 different times to be told a different story still not resolved so this person Making loan payments for something not done and hasn't even zero out account money just sitting there time to contact legal advice

I've gone to Life Long Dental for years and now I'm thinking about leaving. Dr. Benoit is great, and so are the hygienists I've had. The problem comes at the front desk. Sometime within the last year they replaced every employee there and service has become a chore. Slow, clueless, and generally uninterested in helping. Between April and July, I've made 3 appointments and confirmed all 3 of them. When I showed up on the date of my appointment, they either told me I didn't have an appointment or that it was scheduled during a different date and time. Ridiculous how bad the service got so quickly

They need to get it together here. Not sure what has happened but nobody has time for multiple appointments and sub par work. It’s unfortunate because even though you voice your concerns they don’t listen.
