I had used Brad years ago and he is a really good guy, BUT does not manage his time. I still waiting for him to fix a drainage problem that we walked thru a year ago. I followed up with him every couple of weeks. He continued to promise to come but never did. I even reached out (twice) to his dad, Alan Hull, B&L Construction thinking the project was too big for Brad. Alan never returned my call. I went thru winter pumping the water from my basement every time there was a heavy rain. I wasn't going to say anything, but my husband encouraged me to so others don't waste time making the same mistake I did.

First, he forgot about the appointment. Was rude to my mom as she walked him through our admittedly very overgrown yard (briefed him to needs prior and during appt, this should not have come as a surprise). Didn't get us a quote by the evening as he suggested. In fact, never gave us a quote at all. Super unprofessional and a largely unideal experience, I'd say. Would not recommend.
