We have had the pleasure of being serviced by Matt last year and this (5-27-25). His work is both excellent and informative representing your firm very well. We rate him a 10 which is the reason we gave you a five star rating in this survey.
Whereas the man who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions, the truck on entering my property broke a small garden fence and moved two huge boulders that were impossible for us to put back in place.
The only complaint I have about the service is that my husband and I were not informed that your men had arrived. My husband was in the house, and I was in the back yard doing yard work. Someone should have rung the door bell to notify us. One of us would have spoken to them while or after they did the work.
