I had such a positive experience with Sound Beach Optiks. After my original eye exam elsewhere resulted in a prescription that clearly wasn’t right, Lee immediately recognized that my new glasses weren’t working properly. Without any hassle or questions asked, he asked Dr. Poe to provide me with a new eye exam at no charge and carefully correct my prescription. Dr. Poe and staff are excellent. On my first visit Dr. Poe diagnosed that I had been wearing a lens that was too small for my eye. He found a better option, ordered them for me, and immediately my issues with contacts falling out, or becoming mis-aligned during the day were solved.
