Absolutely excellent experience with Eddie. He took my order on the phone and had the glasses, with crystal clear lenses, in less than a week. I lost my glasses on my birthday. I could've called the glasses company and ordered directly, but I wanted to support a store that's been around for decades. Eddie handled my frazzled spirit with humor and grace. Can't recommend this store enough. Thanks, Eddie!

I had an amazing experience at 2020 Optical! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Eddie, the owner, personally approached me to offer help, which is something I’ve never experienced before at any other optical shop. It really shows how humble and dedicated he is to his customers and their needs.
The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. They took their time explaining everything to me and made sure I understood the process thoroughly. I was also impressed with how fast the turnaround time was for my glasses – it was much quicker than I expected!
