They showed up when they said they would with masks. Due to COVID, safety is a priority with this company. Jim kept us informed about every aspect of the job. I knew I would call them when it came time to replace the roof because of the work they did about 30 years ago replacing our windows. Back then my picture window had a slight tilt outward, not realizing the window was in danger of falling out. Jim went the extra mile, corrected the problem then installed the new window. I wonder if other companies would have done that because he could have replaced the window without fixing the issue or saying a word. I wouldn't have been the wiser.
