We have needed a new roof for so long but the overwhelming feeling of finding the right company has prevented us from getting this done. United Home Experts' process from beginning to end has led to one of the smoothest home projects we have ever gone through. The professionalism and communication from Ian’s initial contact and estimate to installation crew and everyone in between has been far superior to anything else we have experienced. We were updated frequently by our project manager, Scott, on the process, material/dumpster deliveries, timing, etc. and several team members were on-site throughout the installation to answer any questions and ensure the crew had everything they needed. The new roof was completed in one day and our yard was spotless when the installers left. Scott even came by the next day with a magnet to make sure there were no hidden nails in the yard and ensure our dog was safe (there were none!). Our new roof has transformed our aging cape with a more modern updated look, and you can see the high-quality craftsmanship that was given to our home. No more worries about leaks and the safety of our family! We will recommend United Home Experts to everyone we know and look forward to using them again on future house projects!
