Came for the first time a few days ago! I was staying at the Villas again on PTO and decided to visit! Loved my massage, got the Relaxation Ritual Massage with added Aromatherapy! It was fantastic! I love all the choices there are for treatments, many other things, and the Spa is phenomenal! I had such a luxurious experience there! It was such a wonderful experience for me, I became a member the day after!!! I was looking for a place to focus on the next step in making my self care and health a priority and this place was it!!!! Thank you all so much for everything! This was the highlight of my PTO and looking forward to having a wonderful membership! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well cared for. They upgraded our room at no extra charge to acknowledge my wife's birthday. 🏳🌈
The inn was spotless, and we loved that it wasn’t pretentious or stuffy. It has an approachable, relaxed atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. Sometimes luxury can feel intimidating—but not here. The Norwich Inn has a quiet, authentic charm that we really appreciated.

My experience at the spa was amazing. Perfect place for a girls trip, times away, with your significant other! Relaxing, so many options and customer service definitely feels like the priority! Shout out to Amy and Kaylee in the nail salon! Also massage was fantastic!
