If you are a first time mom to be, this is absolutely not the place you want to go. My first appointment I was sent to the wrong location and had to reschedule. Third appointment, I was the first one of the day at 9:00 am. I waited in a room for about an hour before being told nobody showed up for work and I had to be rescheduled once again. Through many more appointments I have waited 15-30 mins in the waiting room to see a new face every single time, and be rushed out of the room in 10 minutes for a 30 minute appointment. I went in for my first ultrasound scared and unsure because I’m only 18 and this was my first pregnancy. The doctor came in and everything was okay. When she did the ultrasound it was clear that there was no heartbeat. She said to me that it didn’t look like the baby had developed but the way she said what was there was that it looked like smutchz. The most traumatic experience of my life was hearing that my baby was just smutchz. Just because there was just blood and tissue because the baby didn’t develop doesn’t mean that my baby was just smutchz. I will never be able to forget those words out of her mouth and never be able to forget the trauma from that day.

I had such an amazing experience with everyone here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone I saw during my pregnancy listened to me and treated me with great respect, Dr Brown delivered my baby by C-section. He is an amazing doctor with a great sense of humor and took great care of me and my baby during the delivery
