Everyone was kind. I really appreciated being able to quickly opt out of certain treatments so that I could choose what was best for myself & the situation.
Front desk (Lauren answered the phone) was super kind, and made sure I understood everything about deposits and prices. They were patient and answered all my questions.
Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair. After dealing with other vets in the area being rude & with much higher prices, finding Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital was a relief.
Making the decision to switch to this practice was the best thing I have done since moving here 3 years ago. They are remarkably thorough, professional, and knowledgeable all while being kind and easy to work with.
They even found a mistake in the dosing of one of my dog's messages!
Every staff person has my dog's health in mind and treats me courteously with every call or visit. It is a remarkable group of professionals.
I was updating vaccines and it was a fairly quick process so I appreciated that wveryone takes the time to say hello to Loma and they are so gentle with her which makes a difference as she is not the most trustworthy dog. The staff from the front desk, to techs and vet are all pretty great and friendly. There was a note in Loma's files saying that Dr.Tretter likes to see Loma. That made my day when making appointment so its the little things for me.
