Very friendly staff. I do recommend however, if you're not ok with long appointments, beware. I was there over two hours. Waiting for the doctor to come in took the longest. I sat over 30 minutes. Otherwise everything else went good.
Such a nice group of people from the front desk all the way through the entire back. This was my first time getting a prescription for glasses and I felt at ease and well taken care of.
Dr. Mckay is always so thorough, and answers all our questions. He is extremely patient with our 97y.o. mother who is disabled, and gives us ideas on how to deal with some of her bad habits that have lead to some of her eye problems. The assistants, too, are always so kind, patient, & understanding.
