I had to change my appointment multiple times and the staff was very flexible and understanding. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Prices were good and atmosphere was great. My friend and I both had pedicures and loved the full spa treatment and massage chairs. Wonderful experience! Thanks for the great pedicure!
I discovered this great salon when my mother moved to the area and we wanted to get pedicures together. I’m so glad we found them. Adam and Wenny are dedicated to their craft, the chairs are soooo comfortable, the salon is clean and the atmosphere welcoming. You won’t regret a visit to Norwich Nails & Spa!
First time ever getting a gel nail polish. I'm a licensed hairdresser cosmetician/barber. Adam did an incredible job! He was kind personable and patient with my fidgety self. ? I've been growing out my natural nails for some time and was tired of polishing my nails and dealing with the nonsense myself and it coming off easily because I I work with my hands. I am so happy that I went into this place as an impromptu thing before an event. I'm going to be treating myself for now on in getting gel nail polished regularly which I might add has lasted almost 3 weeks and I can't even believe it ? Great job Adam! And thank you so much!
