great work but this office is not flexible. strict to your schedule because if you called and cancel it get held against you and they would refuse to service you.

The doctor was pleasant, 1 time I was able to actually schedule an appointment. Had horrible tooth ache and called to make an appointment, never heard back. Had w cleaning appointment scheduled, called first thing in am to reschedule cuz was running a fever. "When would you like to reschedule for?", I asked for next available Monday. The ONLY Monday was in February at 8am which I couldn't make. No other Mondays available. The receptionist seemed to be bothered and didn't even try to find any other date. Bottom line horrible experience with the receptionist two times I called.

I have been going to Norwich Family Dental Associates for over 20 years. I will not go anywhere else. I think the entire staff is wonderful, they are all pleasant and professional. I see Dr. Mathew Amaro, who is amazing!! I had some serious issues when I first went there due to the lack of proper care from former dentists. He addressed my issues and monitors my oral health, addressing things before they get ugly. My whole family goes to him. His preventive care is outstanding! as well as his over all care. I would and do highly recommend Dr. Amaro as well as NFDA to everyone seeking good dental care.
