Their lifetime guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on...look elsewhere. They came out to inspect a water issue I was having in my basement (I had a lifetime guarantee that came with the purchase of the home) and he said there was nothing he could do. I had to hire someone else.
I was 4 when they first did our basement, 30 years ago. My mom is now 77 and started getting water in her basement. They came out the same day and replaced the sub pump. There was still something that wasn’t right so they came back and just took care of it. 30 years later and they stand behind their work.
