I visited Rica for color and a cut. She listened to what I was hoping for, clearly explained options to get my hair to where I wanted it, and we decided on a balayage. Rica was friendly and professional, the salon was inviting and well kept, and I walked out with beautiful color and style. If I didn't live so far away now I would be seeing Rica regularly.
I have been a client of Rica for close to ten years now. I have come to her plenty of times not knowing what I want to do with my hair as I like to change it up from time to time. Rica listens and offers great suggestions and we come up with something new and exciting each time. If you are looking to change your color up, Rica is your girl, very knowledgeable on what will work for you.
I’ve been going to Rica for eight years now. I have a hair loss condition called trichotillomania. Rica is the only person I trust to go anywhere near my head. Any other place I’ve gone has either made me feel bad about the hair loss and pulling or not understood it. Rica has never done that. She has her clients best interest in mind always. She’s phenomenal. Not only is Rica amazing about the trichotillomania, But she always keeps my allergies and other health conditions in mind when using hair products, and anything else. If I could rate her more than five stars, I would.
