TERRIBLE! Customer service was incredibly poor and the end result even worse. Little attention to detail. Uneven color and messy edges of the nail. Constantly asking for a tip when it was totally underserved. Would not recommend!

This place is a disaster. Very, very bad customer service. The nasty, rude woman who greets customers has no clue how to speak to customers. They should close the place down and board up the space.

This is my first time writing a review, I felt like I had to comment since I am so upset about my dip manicure from Tutti Spa. I was excited to try out their brand new spa, with beautiful, clean facilities. However, I had my appointment on Friday, and my Manicure/ nails themselves started to chip and crack the very next morning. It is now Monday, and my nails are extremely weak and the top coat is peeling off. I paid upwards of $60 with a generous tip for this service, and an extremely upset. I was visiting the area, so I am unable to go back in person and request a refund. I do not recommend this salon, extremely poor quality supplies and an unfortunate waste of money. :(
