It was my first time here and it felt very rushed. I came at the end of the day intending to only get a pedicure. They offered the manicure and I said I didn't think there was time because they close soon but they insisted. Needless to say the manicure was not great, the polish didn't dry between layers so it smudged and she had to fix it multiple times. It would have been better if they just did the pedicure and took their time to do it right because then I would come back for a manicure and more. Now I'm not sure I will.

I called beforehand and asked if they were taking walk-ins and they said yes, so I came in and they sat me down immediately and the girl started getting to work. when she got to cutting the dead skin off of my cuticles, she wasn't cutting straight across. she was pulling downward and essentially ripping off my dead skin and started to make me bleed on my pinky. a couple days later and it still hurts. but, that is okay to me, people make mistakes and she apologized. I do appreciate how beautiful my nails turned out and how efficient she was with the application. they are my natural nails so she filed down the edges and went in with a Dremel and it didn't take long at all....read full review
