My recent home inspection with Total Home Inspection was diligent and impressively thorough. DJ was knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I understood all of the items included in his report. His friendly demeanor and clear proficiency in his craft made a nerve wracking process much easier and helped me tremendously through the early stages of the closing process. I will recommend and encourage Total Home Inspection to all in the future.
DJ was really great to work with for our recent home inspection. He had a thorough report and was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything home related - safety, health, structural and mechanics. We definitely recommend!
We can't recommend Total Home Inspection enough! DJ was thorough and did an amazing job walking these nervous first-time home buyers through the home's systems. He highlighted the major issues for us (even found a plumbing leak the homeowners weren't aware of!), gave us a list of more minor to dos, and even let us know what (and how) we could DIY. And after the inspection, DJ responded to our follow-up questions quickly and thoughtfully, which was crucial to giving us enough comfort to move forward on the house. Thank you DJ!
