Petro has been great for the 9 years we have had them. Customer service is always easy to deal with- they answer the phone quickly- and get a tech out shortly after if needed. Oil tank is always supplied and never comes close to running out of heating oil with the contract. They seem to treat their service/oil contract customers very well which is important to me.
We have been with Petro for over 30 years. They don’t minimize our long relationship. They may have higher rates on price of oil but when it comes to service they are over and beyond.
We recently had both a new oil tank and a water heater installed by Petro and they did an excellent job. The team was professional, communicated effectively, did great work, and followed uo afterwards to ensure everything was working well. I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC related work.
