Thank You Steve L. for explaining exactly what you were doing as you installed the the conversion kit to my new gas stove. You made it look very easy and it is working perfectly, thanks again
Been a customer since 2018 and every year in my experience the customer service has been exemplary. Most recently I had a discussion with Alec Voccola in early January 2026 and he was professional, responsive, and handled my inquiry immediately without delay to my complete satisfaction. There has been a bit of staff turnover over the last couple of years but I have not experienced any change in their commitment to excellent customer service.
Reviewing while currently on hold. Inherited HOCON when I bought my house and am going to shop new providers. I’m on auto fill up- yet ran out last winter.. and 2 weeks ago I called to say I was low and still no delivery .. now that I’m on E.
Terrible Customer Service :/
And idgi like don’t you want to make money? Just deliver the oil? Then customers pay you.
