An absolute disgraceful company. They should go out of business. I had a maid who broke my youngest daughter’s Nintendo Switch, an expensive electronic device and initially didn't even tell me until my oldest daughter found it broken and cracked and gave it to me. When I showed it to the cleaner she couldn’t care less and apologised once. I ended up calling Orient customer care and she was a nasty, horrible and insensitive woman. She didn’t even care or apologise for the mistake, I called multiple times for weeks and all she did was make excuses and refused to refund me for their mistake. I ended up getting touch with the manager and he was no help either.... read full review

Never again. Very unreliable, had to reschedule then turned up late then lied about the starting time. Agreed price increased after cleaning! cleaning was also substandard.
