I had such an incredible experience thanks to Kyla. I called in a bit panicked because I thought I found a tick on my dog’s head (first time in five years, so I was definitely stressed). Kyla calmly talked me through everything over the phone and suggested I walk over since I live nearby.
When I arrived, she came outside and took the time to look with me, reassure me that it was actually just a scab, and explain what to look for moving forward. She also walked me through tick removal tools and gave me really helpful tips for managing my Australian Shepherd’s coat during tick season.

I love Neon Dog! They always accommodate my 2 large dogs at the same time for my convenience and they do an amazing job grooming! The boyz come out happy and refreshed! Clean, fluffy, smelling great and nails tightly clipped! I highly recommend!
