I went to the Best Little Optical Shop, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Michelle answered my questions, and she took her time with me, and then she gave me really helpful, honest advice. She never made me feel rushed. The shop itself is absolutely adorable too, with this warm, welcoming vibe the second you walk in. Like you can tell, she really cares about her customers, not just the sale part, and takes pride in what she does.
