I have used Mike's Septic every 3 years since our family moved to Westport in 2009. I had a difficult time reaching Mike's in late 2024 in order to set up a septic emptying appointment, and was concerned they may have gone out of business (turns out the cause is difficulty finding competent office staff). Thankfully, that is not the case! Mike came to our home today 01/03/2025 and got the job done. I talked with Mike for a short while before he left, he is a true old fashioned individual in the best sense of the phrase: friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. It took five calls to reach someone but then they were able to set up a service call. They showed up on time. One big glitch, suddenly the septic tank cover was missing and they said they'd follow up but I didn't hear from them,
