I have nothing but great things to say about this MEDVET location.
I had an injured wild bird that was clearly in distress and, unfortunately, needed to be humanely euthanized. I first called VREC Norwalk since they are only a few minutes from my home. I was told they would not euthanize the bird even after I explained that it was suffering and in pain.
I called MedVet, and from the moment they answered, the difference in compassion was immediate. They told me without hesitation that they would always help an injured animal, even wildlife, and that I could bring it in right away.
I would like to thank the entire team at Medvet Norwalk for the care and compassion they had for us during a difficult time.
They took great care of my dog in the hospital and helped us navigate through a terrible few days. Thank you Dr Miller, Mike, Justin, Coletia and the rest of the staff.
I will always recommend you all!

My furbaby has been to two different oncologist in Connecticut & we recently came to MedVet because the previous hospital closed the oncology department. Starting all over definitely felt scary especially with Princess complex health. However, we are VERY HAPPY with Dr. Mahoney & her oncology team. They are the best, Dr. Mahoney for sure provides excellent care, she is patient, understanding & I highly appreciate that she always returns my calls, emails & follows up. I love knowing that Dr. Mahoney demonstrates care for Princess treatment. This helps us feel that we are at the right place to continue Princess treatment.
