Amazing experience, I’ve been going here for over a year. Haven’t been there in a few months due to my busy work schedule, but I had Chris again, the second time, excellent. Just the right amount of pressure, deep tissue, knowing how to work through the body, and stretch. Highly recommended. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are lovely and easy to book appointments with. I will be booking again very soon
I first would like to thanks Liz the Spa Manager. I met here at Stamford Ct Free Health Fair last weekend. I won a free Infrared Sauna Session. I used it today October 18, 2018 and Jheanell waited on me and she was great. So Customer service is excellent there and the place is very clean. I will be back thanks guys.
I had such a relaxing time during my visit here. The staff made sure I felt comfortable the second I walked in the door and the massage itself was exactly what my sore muscles needed. Everything was clean and quiet which made it very easy to just zone out and enjoy the treatment. I would definitely come back for another session.
