Well equipped and clean gym. Love the intimate setting, one on one work with the trainers, and the massages are so helpful. Patrick and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Very warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. For the past few months, I’ve been seeing Pat Jr for personal training and seen amazing results. Total hidden gem. Super clean gym providing a semi private (and sometimes fully private) experience. If you’re willing to put in the work, Pat is your man.

I have been going to this gym for a few years now. Donny is the trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating and makes a tough work out fun. His partner Pat is a licensed PT and masseuse. The facility has good equipment and it is both convenient and very clean. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience during my time training with Donny. He is very professional, he is focused on meeting his client's goals and needs and works with your schedule to accomodate you.
