Mike at LA Fitness in Norwalk gave us exceptional customer service from start to finish. He truly had our best interest at heart and made the whole experience smooth and pressure-free. He worked with us on membership pricing and even managed to convince my friend —who was completely against joining a gym—to sign up! You can tell Mike genuinely cares and wants to help people reach their goals. Highly recommend speaking with him if you’re considering joining!
