The tech did a commendably thorough job and went beyond by getting supplies needed for unexpected HVAC maintenance in my new place that could have waited, and also spent considerable time installing a 4th generation Nest thermostat that was replacing a 1st gen unit that was not installed properly (which required connecting a wire within the HVAC air handler and then dealing with the somewhat lengthy set up process).
