The staff ( and particularly the Loyalty Department) were extremely helpful in explaining and helping me choose a Price Protection Plan. The contract uses a formula based on the "Rack Price," which is not necessarily the easiest to understand. However, the staff readily spent as much time as necessary to ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the arrangements. You really couldn't ask for nicer, more professional people. Just a pleasure to deal with!

The service people are very professional. The company is very accommodating with my schedule. I had a question about my bill; when I called the office they immediately looked into the situation and quickly resolved the issue.Service: Cleaning

I called Customer Service to update our contract. The representative I talked to was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to update the new contract. I was very satisfied.
