Horrible place to get anything dry cleaned. They damage your items and don’t comicate you even tho they’re at fault. They do not know how to act professional that I almost acted out of character. I gave them something in great condition and only asked for a stained to be removed. Received item totally damaged that it’s irreversible 🤦♂️
I wish I could give less than this one star. The most disappointing place we have here in Norwalk.
The guy has a very nasty attitude. Very very bad attitude
Customer Service is negative 100.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Safe your time look for a different place.
I brought a white dress to Belden Cleaners and picked up the dress today there was a black line across the back and on the right sleeve. I asked the owner what happened- he said, it wouldn't come out. I brought a green dress there and when I was putting it on for my event the bottom of the dress was damaged. I bought a black dress and when I picked and that one was ruined. If you don't want your clothing ruined, go to another cleaners and read the reviews.
