African Queen Hair Braiding Place in Norwalk is one of the most inconsiderate and unprofessional businesses I have dealt with. I made an appointment and showed up on time, only to be told that someone had called out and that I would need to come back several hours later.

If there was a staffing issue, they should have called and informed customers before their appointment times. Instead, they waited until I arrived to tell me there was a problem and expected me to return hours later.

Customers’ time should be respected. The lack of communication and consideration was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

i went there and i was sat down for like 20 minutes i went to go to the store the lady was like pay before because she already was doing the hair for the braids and i didn’t do it i finally got sat in the chair like 20 more minutes she starts to part the back of my hair and she did 2 braids n went to go eat and “ pray “ i literally left so bad like yall need better services they probably thought cz im young i wasn’t gonna pay like i literally haven’t been their before but cool 0/10 tho deadass

The worst hairbrading place u sit for hours waiting on them they leave and come as they please and never a stable price I would never encourage any one to go their u show them a style u wanted they give u the opposite and charge u rediciolus price
