I appreciated how flexible they were as I was there during the audit as was our toddler. They explained to me how the entire process will go clearly and my options after the fact. I never felt pressured to commit to work being done nor did I ever feel like I was being upsold something. Thankfully, only a small amount of work needs to be done to lower our energy bills and the quote is good for a full year so we have time to complete more urgent matters.
