Perfect, simple city living for those who are in Lisbon for work or play. Easy walk to trams and parks and the plentiful restaurants this city is known for. It may be a bit boring apartment design for lengthy stays.

So far we are have had our roof completed but are also under contract for a kitchen and master bath. Let me start by saying I have 28 years in the remodeling industry myself so I can be a bit picky when it comes to quality control and installation. Advanced Group has their act together, you would be smart to call them for work!David, the owner has been great to work with and super responsive. Basillio and his roofing crew were impeccable! I have a very large, complicated, non walkable hip roof. They showed up with 8 guys on day one and 10 on day two to complete the entire job before more bad weather moved in. This is the second project I have had the Advanced Group complete for me. The first was my deck which took some creative work to make it exactly how I wanted. That was 10 years ago and it is my favorite part of my home.I recently decided to put up a privacy fence about 200 feet long. Again, from planning to completion, the experience was exceptional.The crew worked efficiently and asked for my input and approval throughout the process.My yard was left in better shape than it probably was when they started.
