Incredibly friendly - This father & son team responded quickly to inquiries, gave us a good price, kept us up to date with the process, and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They pulled the permit (included in price), gave us a good price, showed us options for bricks, answered all of our questions (and I'm inquisitive) and the new chimney (and one they also capped) looks lovely. They rebuilt the boiler chimney, added a liner, flashing, and capped both with blue stone [ btw - other reviews on here seem fake. Posted when they were not even contracting jobs because of sad personal reasons. Google should remove the false ones.)

I have been spam called four times by this company and they will not stop. I never contacted anyone about chimney work, and their constant abuse of my # (on a do not call list) is unethical. The # on this site belongs to “Rose”, mo company name on the message. Jerks.

I met Dan last year while he repaired my neighbors chimney. I liked his work very much, and asked him if would come and take a look at my grill/fireplace, which he did. He even gave me quote, which he had honored this year. I have him a deposit of $200 for supplies and his time, but no receipts which I had asked for and agreed upon before he started any work.Here is the kicker. Every time he gave a time frame for showing up, he was a no show, and the one day he did come he was late. Well today being Monday August 17, 2020 he was going to be here for 8:30 to start on back yard stairs and around my garden near the fire place. Well he was a no show again. My rocks were suppose to be delivered, which they were, but they were being delivered to my neighbors house where Dan did the chimney work last year. Oh! Did I forget to mention that I tried to reach Dan for about two hours in regard to my delivery? He said that he had given all the correct info to the company where he purchased the rocks, but the driver said that he was suppose to deliver them to the address of my neighbor. After phoning Dan and leaving him a message in regard to this delivery, He then decided to call me back. I told him was going on with the delivery, he was upset, called me a liar while on speaker phone, where as my neighbor, the one with the chimney was trying to tell him as well about the delivery, where Dan was having none of this and would believe what was going on with the delivery. I fired him!!!Being called a liar, I would warn anyone NOT TO HIRE HIM!His work ethic is lousy as well!The people who posted about Dan not getting back them in a timely manner, or at all would be quite correct

In August Dan the owner took a 33% deposit For a 1 day chimney repair. Since then he has scheduled the chimney repair 4 times, each time cancelling on the day of and for one of those times I had to call him more than 20 times to even get a call back. After the fourth cancellation Dan told me he could not do the job and but would return my deposit. Now Dan is MIA once again. This is not a reputable company, classic as seen on tv scam artist. Don’t let my story become yours, find someone else. Zero stars.

Called and set up appointments on three different occasions all of which he failed to show. For the first appointment I called 15 min after are scheduled appointment. He had informed me that he had been trying to call me all day to tell me that he was not going to make it; of which I received no phone calls. For the second apportionment, I again called 15 minutes past the time of the scheduled appointment for him to say that he forgot about the appointment and apologized. For the third appointment he stated that he had showed up to my house, waited and left 20 minutes after being there, never receiving a phone call the whole time he was there. Of which was at the wrong scheduled time and never called to inform me that he was there. In addition the time that he said he was at my house my wife was at home waiting for him to show of which he never did. Not sure what this guy's ideas of better business practices are but they are surely not to stay in business. Would not recommend!
