Gary was my best friend for many years, and making decisions about end of life comfort was one of the hardest experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Mariano guided me through every step with patience, understanding, and genuine kindness.

she didn’t minimize my concerns or rush conversations. She listened to my worries, to Gary’s symptoms, and to what I felt in my heart. She helped me understand what quality of life truly means, and he supported me in making decisions that were loving, not just medical.

Dr. Mariano helped me feel seen and supported, not just as a pet owner, but as someone grieving a family member as she is a pet owner herself. That kind of compassion is rare and I am sure extremely difficult to have as part of the job.

But the reason I'm writing a review is how they treated us and our beloved dog when it was time to put him down recently (obviously a very painful decision).
