I have been going to Tommy's Tanning in North Haven intermittently over several years. Kathy at the front desk has been working here for quite a long time. On the first day I too felt uncomfortable and and kind of stupid because I couldn't understand how to use the beds. I had it in my mind not to return but I did. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful, kind and loving Kathy is. She is very professional when it comes to her job but she goes above and beyond. Okay so here's the tea. I don't usually go tanning but this was free tan weekend and I decided to go twice. The first time was extremely pleasant and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The second time, the staff was just as great but I saw this one lady(a customer) act absolutely despicable towards the girl at the front desk. I don't know what her issue was but she was extremely horrible and condescending. I felt so bad for the girl that had to deal with it, and she did so with class and patience. So thank you Tommy's staff for being so great and I'm sorry you have to deal with such horrible clientele.
