She offers wine, snacks and massage chairs while your hair is processing. She has transformed my hair into exactly what I want every time and I always leave smiling. Highly recommend is an understatement. Melissa is the rare stylist that not only helps you achieve your hair goals but prioritizes the heath of your hair. I am very blonde and she takes extra care and uses top quality products to protect my hair from breaking and damage. The salon is clean and the extra attention to comfort (snacks, beverages, massage chair, scalp massage) you get every drop of what you pay for. Melissa has a busy book so I always book 2-3 appointments out to ensure I get the day/time I want.

She listens carefully to what I want, remembers exactly how I like my hair done, and offers thoughtful suggestions without ever pushing me in a direction I’m uncomfortable with. The salon itself is warm and serene, a true reflection of Melissa’s own calming presence. Within just a couple of minutes of sitting in her chair, I already feel relaxed.
