Nick and his Project Manager, Ace are extremely responsive to our calls and texts and overall really care about the work that they do. I have gotten other prices from other companies and have always found Reflections prices to be very competitive and fair. I also appreciate all of the time that Nick spent with my wife testing and choosing a color for the floor stain. This was a second job Nicholas did for us and yet again he didn’t disappoint. He is a man of his word, stayed in contact with us, was very thorough and fairly priced - even offered a repair solution on a piece of vinyl we have, giving us his last epoxy on the truck! His team showed up on time each day and cleaned up the space after each visit! Can’t say anything negative - don’t hesitate to bring reflections into your space!

Refections restored age-darkened and worn wood flooring throughout a 114 year old house to a “like new” condition. The lighter refinished floors lifted the look of the entire house from old and dated to more clean and modern (as modern as a 114 year old house can be). Highly recommended.
