gave it a 5 to maybe get higher up.
I went here and it was kinda horrendous. Don't get me wrong, the staff is great, but the problem there was that it was always changing because most would quit. Probably because there would be over 15 students on the floor with one teacher. I would have to wait up to 20 mins to get one question answered. This wasn't the staff's fault obviously and I just felt bad for them as they were overworked.
It was completely unorganized in the sense of schedules always changing, which made a good amount of confusion. The students were only allowed to use one bathroom (2 stalls). It got to the point where people were just going into the men's...read full review

Kelyce is amazing. I have been to her twice now and will continue going to her. Her head spas are amazing, she give great scalp massages and really makes sure the products are penetrated into the hair properly. She also gave me amazing advice on how to bring out my natural curls again which is something I have struggled with.

I just went here for my first time today! Star was fantastic even though it was her very first haircut. I wanted a big chop, from below my shoulders to a long bob! And I got exactly what I wanted. She helped me narrow my request down so it fit my needs. She was so nice and her supervising teacher was clearly experienced and helpful to Star. The atmosphere was great, I had zero wait time, and the price was amazingly cheap for the service I got! I will be coming back and I’m so excited for my hair to look gorgeous for my 8th grade formal next week!
