The technician, Luis, was very professional and knowledgeable as he described the issues and possible solutions. He was very patient and respectful as we grappled with understanding the situation and the cost of repairs we were facing.
Zach was our salesperson, who personally handheld the work from beginning to end. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He really went above and beyond! Teddy & Guerlaines installed the unit and they, too, were outstanding! I can't say enough about the exceptional quality of their work and professionalism. Nero's customer service is second to none! 10 stars! And I would absolutely recommend their services.
Nero is an HONEST reliable and affordable geothermal repair and service company!! Use them, they are a little company but with big integrity!! We had contacted another Geothermal company before these guys, that sounded dynamic, but that company quoted 9k for a $437 repair job!! Nero will be our go to for all things Geothermal from now on!!! Don't let the other companies scam you. Nero is our Hero!!!
