From the moment they answered the phone until the end of my visit, it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in any doctor’s office. Kendra at the front desk went completely aboveboard to accommodate me for a same day visit after a weekend accident. Sarah, the nurse/medical assistant was a ray of sunshine and happiness all the way through my intake before meeting Dr. Metzger. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor, who was engaging, completely thorough in my initial assessment before treating me. Amazing professionalism. That’s what you want when you see a health care professional. And it starts at Metzger Chiropractic when they answer the phone. Kindness, caring and compassion which continues when you are greeted and taken to the treatment room. Dr. Metzger then treats and adjusts you. He is always professional and interested in you and what has brought you to see him. Couldn’t ask for anything more. As a veteran I am happy to endorse this chiropractic practice. They are always respectful of our service to our country.
