I go to the Hamden location off of Whitney Ave. I've always been treated ok,my nurse practitioner was just ok very non personal, just professional not to friendly but not insensitive just ok. He just left the practice with no notice and I've had lots of issues with Jessica the nurse practitioner and now another Dr Ramzan who's just changed all my meds instead of waiting till I can get onto a new pain management. He knew one of my meds was due to be filled today and said he was putting them through but didn't care to apparently it was no rush when now I will not have my script untill I call in the morning to inform them that I don't have my medication for the day. Hopefully they push it through. I feel their treating me as if I'm just an issue they don't care to deal with anymore after going to the same hamden office sense 2016,this Dr doesn't know me or what I go through and wasn't very sensative just told me what he was going to do in a matter of fact way. This is a mess and only adds stress to my situation created by my regular nurse just leaving the practice giving me no notice or never informed me.Theirs some very nice staff as well as a couple rude staff ladies who are very short with you and have obvious attitudes. Its hit or miss when you call. You never know if your going to get a nice one or short rude one but their mostly nice to me. I've never had to wait long at all for appointments so that is awesome and now you can do teli med so saves you from having drive their. Untill recently its been mostly a great place to go. Just depends on who you see. Mostly nice and professional. I just have a lot of health issues and it was all handled by one Dr now their sending me to a couple different Drs and specialists changing everything. All in all I have to give them a 3 to 4. Its a pretty good place,no long waiting. I think my situation makes it more complicated but the average person should like it and if you find one friendly Dr then stick with that Dr or nurse practitioner.

I personally love Dr. Goldenberg, great bedside manners and wonderful staff and Dr. Kelley is a peach. I've never had a bad experience with the office at all.

I usually see Dr.Kelly. From my first experience I thought the office staff was unfriendly and rude. Dr. Kelly I thought was amazing with great bed side manner. I could not get an appointment with her, so I had to see Dr. Liben. Never again, First the office staff was rude. My appointment was at 9:45 I waited over an hour before I was brought to a room. The nurse was very rude and unfriendly. I waited another hour before I went and asked to see another doctor because of the long wait. I was told by the nurse well your Dr. Kelly's patient and we are just fitting you in. By the time Dr. Liben came in, he made me feel awful. The way he spoke to me about my condition was unprofessional. He kept calling me sweetheart and did not answer any of my questions. It made me feel worse! Worse experience of my life with a doctors office. I will be pulling my files from there and finding a new doctor. They need a whole new office staff! Horrible experience!

I have no complaints whatsoever about Doctor Goldenberg and his staff. I always have a good dialogue with him and he definitely gives me the impression that he has my best interests at heart.
